The large group was taken to Mathildelaan police station on board three buses. Four PSV supporters were also arrested

Around 180 Napoli fans were arrested last night in the center of Eindhoven. The authorities of the southern Dutch city explain that the arrested people would have “caused disorder with their behavior”. Four other Napoli fans – it is added by Dutch press sources – were stopped for the same reason in other areas of Eindhoven itself, where tonight Napoli will challenge PSV in the third day of the championship phase of the Champions League. The large group of Italian fans was taken to the Mathildelaan police station on board three buses. Four PSV supporters were also arrested. The match was considered high risk due to the twinning of the Dutch ultras with those of Inter and Botev Plovdiv, while the organized support of Napoli is twinned with the ultras of Feyenoord and Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
