Antoinette Hertsenberg is normally not someone who has to endure criticism, but now she is suddenly being treated particularly harshly. By whom? Johan Derksen. “Nagging whiner!”
It is still a thorn in the side of Antoinette Hertsenberg that her TV child Radar is no longer broadcast on NPO 1, but on NPO 2. She thinks her program deserves the main stage. “We still think that’s a shame, of course. I have never hidden that,” she recently said in the Weekend.
To ramble on
SBS 6 star Johan Derksen thinks that Antoinette should really stop talking about that now. “No, I’m so tired of that woman, you know. What’s the name of that program again? Radar, yes. That’s a nice program and the viewing figures were also good, but that woman has started to overestimate herself so much,” he says in the podcast Greetings from Grolloo.
What do you mean? “Because a new programming was put together and then she suddenly thinks that Radar is the most important thing that NPO 1 is doing and that it should have priority everywhere. She was moved to NPO 2 and she sees that as a humiliation. That’s allowed, maybe it is, but you shouldn’t keep complaining about it.”
Cheap and flat
It is also disconsolate that she complains in the tabloids, according to Johan. “She’s really becoming a whiner now. She gets around to it in every interview. Then she lets herself be interviewed by Story of all people! Isn’t that cheap and vulgar to complain in the Story?! Or Weekend, it would be a pain in my ass! But one of those tabloid magazines!”
Johan concludes: “If they no longer have anywhere to express their message, then you can apparently either take a podcast or go to Story or I don’t know what those magazines are called.”
