Pfor those who want to feast their eyes on the beauties of Sicilyhave a laugh with the Piccionello-Lamanna duo and discover which new paths the characters created by the writer Gaetano Savatteri will take, tonight at 9.30pm on Rai 1 the first episode of Màkari 4the series with Claudio Gioè and Ester Pantano.
There are several new features. Suleima leaves for Malta, it’s the job that calls. Saverio, on the other hand, will have to juggle between new cases of murders to solve, the return of Michela, shaken by an affair of the heart, and a daughter he didn’t know he had. This is the fourteen-year-old Arianna from a former flame who is only now showing up. For three months Saverio will welcome the teenager into his home in Màkari, and coexistence will not be easy.

Suleima (Ester Pantano) is about to leave for Maltawon an architecture project. Saverio (Claudio Gioè) and Peppe Piccionello (Domenico Centamore) accompany her to the airport out of breath, because Màkari is back, after serving twenty years in prison for the death of his son Filippo, Ignazio Di Nolfo. Now he is a free man, he wants to hug his children againbut above all to settle an important issue: telling the truth about his son’s death, even if it will be painful.
After a few days Ignazio was found lifeless. Who killed him? Lamanna and Piccionello investigate. For it crime writer there is a relative’s hand or one of the children. Simone, the eldest son, is the prime suspect. Did someone want to hide the truth about Philip’s death? After many years, the past still comes back to upset that family.
An old photo, found in the house of Ignazio’s family, portrays a woman. This is the victim’s lover, who disappeared right after Filippo’s death. Lamanna manages to track her down thanks to Michela’s help.

Michela’s return
Michela (Serena Iansiti) meets Saverio after a yearand she has news: she will soon marry a mystery writer, a certain Edoardo Laurentano, who Lamanna knows well, and who she can’t stand. The news causes a shock in him. Soon, together with his friend Peppe, he will discover that Edoardo is not exactly that loyal to Michela. At this point what to do: reveal the secret to the person concerned or let things go as they should go? Michela loves detective stories and also on this occasion helps Saverio on the case of Ignazio’s murder.

Saverio Lamanna discovers that he is Arianna’s father
The big news of the fourth season of Màkari, taken from yellows by Gaetano Savatteriis the presence of Arianna (Giovanna Rosace), a teenage girl who will give Lamanna a hard time. Claudia, a former flame of Saverio’s, appears in Màkari with the good news: «This is your daughter and you should do me a favor: could you keep her with you for three months?

The cast of Màkari 4
Leading the cast of Màkari 4series directed by Monica Vullo and Riccardo Moscais still Claudio Gioè, interpreter of crime writer Saverio Lamanna, this time grappling with responsibilities from which he will not be able to escape.
