“I can apparently do both, although I don’t play like a real striker. I am more of a disguised striker and am never really in the point,” Til said. ESPN. “Certainly when I play with Ismael Saibari as an attacking midfielder, it doesn’t matter that much. Sometimes he plays for me, then I play for him.”

Til thanked his teammates for the goals. “They were real team goals. With the second one I was still a bit stressed. Against FC Twente I shot against the post in front of an empty goal, which was a similar situation. Fortunately, things went well now.”

As a point of criticism, Til mentioned that PSV allowed Go Ahead back into the match. “A ball can still fall just fine.”

PSV coach Peter Bosz sees defender Yarek Gasiorowski make a terrible blunder: ‘As a trainer, I mainly watch what he does next’

After the home win over Go Ahead Eagles (2-1), PSV coach Peter Bosz was pleased with the way Yarek Gasiorowski recovered from a major mistake.

The young defender did not return the ball properly to goalkeeper Matej Kovar after more than an hour of play with a 2-0 lead, after which Go Ahead striker Milan Smit was able to take advantage.

“It was a very big mistake that will also be punished. As a trainer, I mainly watch what he does next. Does he no longer want the ball and avoids duels, or does he roll up his sleeves and ensure that no mouse gets through? He did the latter,” Bosz explained. ESPN.

The goal against PSV did not suit PSV for several reasons. With a 2-0 lead, Bosz wanted to save some players for Tuesday’s Champions League match against Napoli. “That was not possible now,” said Bosz. “We didn’t have any problems at all until that goal. Go Ahead wanted to put a lot of pressure on us, but we didn’t allow that. We created a lot of chances. We should have done more with them.”
