Ajax decided to add Fred Grim to the technical staff as an assistant a week and a half ago. The former goalkeeper worked as head of coaching in the youth academy of the club from Amsterdam. Before that, the 60-year-old Grim was also active as a trainer at Ajax, and also at Sparta, Almere City, RKC, Willem II, Emmen, Jong Oranje and the Dutch national team.
