Spanish town temporarily bans adoption of black cats for fear of Halloween rituals

Black cats are as much a part of Halloween as costumed children with a candy bag at your front door. The animals are mysterious, magical and also a bit scary. They especially fear the latter in Terrassa, Spain. To prevent dark ‘rituals’, the town temporarily bans the adoption of black cats.
