Ace Frehley, the guitarist of the rock band Kiss, has died at the age of 74, says Rolling Stone.
The rock legend’s death was told by Frehley’s family.
– We are completely shocked and grief-stricken, Frehley’s family says in a statement.
According to the statement, Frehley was surrounded by his family in his final moments.
– As we look back on all the incredible achievements of his life, Ace’s memory will live on forever!
The cause of death has not been made public, but Frehley had been experiencing health problems in recent weeks, according to Rolling Stone.
Frehley was one of the original members of the band Kiss and continued making music until the end of his life. Guitar World named him the 14th greatest metal guitarist of all time.
