Market value increases in the Bundesliga update

After Can Uzun, Eintracht Frankfurt has apparently also given another shooting star Nathaniel Brown a price tag. As “Sky” reports, the SGE wants up to 60 million euros for the 22-year-old left-back. The newly minted new senior national player is currently valued at 22 million euros, but in the Bundesliga market value update this Tuesday it will rise significantly.
According to the latest developments, Eintracht is soon expecting lucrative offers from top European clubs, it is said. Brown has a contract with the Hessians until 2030, which does not contain an exit clause. This means the club can set its own transfer fee. For Uzun, this was recently estimated at around 80 million euros. The 19-year-old’s market value is also going up sharply this Tuesday.
Frankfurt has proven again and again in recent years that the club can develop talented players and sell them at a high price. Since 2023/24, Randal Kolo Muani, Omar Marmoush and Hugo Ekitiké have been sold for a total of 265 million euros. The next in line could be Uzun and Brown, although the Eagles will certainly want to keep the youngsters at the club for a while.

Brown was signed by 1. FC Nürnberg in January 2024 for 3 million euros, but was then loaned back to the club until the end of the season. In the last season he quickly became a regular at the SGE and he is also one of the top performers here. So far he has only missed the start of the DFB Cup.
Batshuayi and Wahi under observation at Eintracht Frankfurt
Michy Batshuayi is also about to say goodbye, but possibly sooner for other reasons. The center forward is only a supplementary player under coach Dino Toppmöller and, according to the pay-TV broadcaster, could look for another club in the winter. Sports director Markus Krösche is said to be open to a sale if an adequate offer comes in.
Batshuayi came to Main from Galatasaray for €3 million at the beginning of the year, but since then he has only played 375 minutes across 16 games (three goals). The 32-year-old hasn’t even been in the starting lineup this season. Also under observation is Elye Wahi, who was also signed at the beginning of the year for 26 million euros. The 22-year-old attacker has 469 minutes and 19 appearances (one goal, three assists) to his name. However, Sky says that an early separation in the winter is currently unlikely.
Should Batshuayi leave, William Osula could come in as a replacement. The Newcastle United center forward was traded on deadline day, but a late push failed. In the winter transfer window, the SGE wants to make a new attempt. Toppmöller is said to have already spoken on the phone with Osula, whose working paper with the Magpies runs until 2029.
