Slovakia defeated Luxembourg 2-0 at home in the 4th match of Group A of the 2026 FIFA World Cup European qualifiers.
The goals that brought the victory to the home team were scored by Adam Obert in the 55th minute and Ivan Schranz in the 72nd minute.
With this match, Slovakia rose to 9 points in its group and took 2nd place. Luxembourg, on the other hand, could not score any points in its 4th match in its group and took the last place.
