One person was injured in a stabbing on De Ruijterstraat in Oss on Sunday evening. The victim was previously in a car that was involved in an accident. The stabbing would have been fifty meters away. The victim was taken to hospital with injuries.
Before two cars collided, there was said to have been an argument after which the motorists chased each other. The situation got out of hand when one of the cars knocked over two posts and came to rest against a tree. A second car then crashed into the vehicle. Police believe a third car was also involved in the incident.
About half an hour after the accident, police arrested a suspect in the area. This suspect had also been in one of the cars involved and fled. The suspect and a third person were also injured in the incident. They were also taken to hospital.
The police are investigating what happened.
