There was another explosion in the Kanaalstraat in Assen this evening. This time it went wrong with a parked car. The bang could be heard in the area and woke up local residents.
It is the second night in a row that the peace in the neighborhood has been disturbed. A night earlier, several windows at a house on Het Kanaal were destroyed by an explosion.
It is not yet clear how the explosions could have occurred. After the first explosion, a neighborhood investigation was started.
No one has been arrested yet.
