On the 5th matchday, Sirlord Conteh (29) was rewarded with a place on the eleven of the match day after a goal and a template at the first win of the Heidenheim in the Bundesliga against Augsburg (2-1). Now the bitter message: The fast attacker suffered a tear of the outer meniscus on the right knee last week in training and fails for a long time.
Conteh was missing from the away game in Stuttgart (0-1) last weekend. On Monday he was underwent an surgical intervention on the knee. According to the club, the downtime cannot be quantified at the moment, but usually it takes several weeks, often even months to come.
