Alpine Skiing Olympic and World Championship medalist Tanja Poutiainen-Rinne is YLE’s new alpine ski expert. He opened his mind about the species in the bulletin of YLE.
– In a way, race performance is the tip of the iceberg, where what is done before the race, the day, the previous day and even during the previous year and training season. I feel that I have a lot to give to it based on my own experience and of course knowing what is required in this sport to get there to the World Cup or the Olympics, Poutiainen-Rinne says in a news release.
In addition to him as an alpine skiing expert, he will continue Arttu Niemelä.
Slalom world champion Kalle Palander Still worked as YLE’s Alpine Skiing Specialist last season, but the man was fired in January.
Prior to this, Palander had laid down the sub -style comments on female athletes in the Gämblers Cast program.
As experts in other winter species continue Kaisa Mäkäräinen, Janne Ahonen, Ville Nousiainen, Kalle Lassila and Peetu Piiroinen.
