Tori Amos is back: With her new studio album “In Times of Dragons” and her biggest headliner tour of the past ten years, the American musician will return to the international stages in 2026. Between April and May, Amos is guesting in 17 countries, including seven concerts in Germany.
“In Times of Dragons” – a poetic journey through strength and resistance
Four years after the introspective work “Ocean to Ocean” (2021), Amos is once again devoted to the big topics of our time in “In Times of Dragons”. According to Amos, the album, her 18th studio album, tells a “metaphorical story about the struggle for democracy and against tyranny”. Between poetic symbolism and political commitment, she breeds personal experiences with social reflection. An approach that has always shaped her work.
Musically, Amos remains true to her characteristic sound. Piano arrangements, emotional vocal lines and the contrast between tenderness and eruptive energy create atmosphere. She is again supported on tour by her long -time companions Jon Evans (bass, musical director), Ash soan (drums) and the background singers Liv Gibson, Deni Hlavinka and Hadley Kennary.
