Beautiful nel
The lake is almost three square kilometers in size and has deep sand excavations. Various ports, water drainage and treatment plants, two picturesque villages of Penningsveer and Spaarndam and the famous Haarlem ‘Teletubbieheuvel’ are on the beautiful Nel. Those hills are a land -covered landfill location, where you can now recreate.
