The project came on the initiative of director Annelore Delbecque. He had been dreaming of its own school restaurant for some time. The guidance is in the hands of two experienced culinary forces: Chef Axel Barbier, who previously worked at star restaurant Benoit and Bernard Dewitte, and educator Peter Laloo, co-founder of the Bruges Rock Fort.
