Electronic music artist, DJ and former radio presenter Alex Kunnari Rape Voutilainen. Voutilainen was 19 at the time of the event and Kunnari was 39 years old.
The rape took place in 2014 on a ship where Kunnari was on a DJ gig.
After the performance, Voutilainen ended up in the Munar’s cabin because his and his friend’s cabin was at the time of the guy.
Kunnari and Voutilainen talked about exercise and going to the gym. Kunnari rubbed Voutilainen’s legs because he lamented that they were stuck and planned to visit the masseur.
At some point, Voutilainen fell asleep. He woke up to rape and told the municipality to stop. Eventually he got out of the cabin.
Kunnari denied the charge. However, his report was contradictory and credible to the Voutilainen description of the events in the Helsinki District Court.
The district court sentenced the Kunnari for a year and three months to suspended prison for rape. In addition, the municipality was sentenced to 30 daily fines, of which he was paid EUR 570.
Kunnari was ordered to reimburse Voutilainen EUR 2,000 and to pay Voutilainen’s just over EUR 2,600 legal costs.

Iltalehti for the first time in December 2018, Iltalehti reported the rape of Kunnari, when he was accused of aggravated accounting crime and gross tax fraud.
The KISS radio channel stopped cooperation with Kunnari immediately after the news. He hosted the electronic music program on the channel on Saturday evenings.
Kunnari was convicted of financial crimes for one year and three months for suspended imprisonment.
27-year-old Voutilainen committed suicide on March 17, 2023.
A man from Helsinki born in 1995 is suspected of a crime. The charges are to be dealt with in the Helsinki District Court in March.
