A car and a commercial vehicle were bumped into each other at the intersection of Van Helomaweg and Johannes Postweg in Darp. A driver was trapped because of the accident.
The car and the commercial vehicle touched each other at an escape hill, close to the Johannes Postkazerne. Firefighters managed to free the pinched driver. A traffic sign had to be removed for this.
The driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Both vehicles suffered damage due to the collision.
