News: If I had to tell who is what I would say?
Bernarda Cella: How difficult. My mom gave me a letter for a birthday, where she defines me with her words. He says: “I love that you go behind your happiness. Intense, crazy, funny, with that giant heart. Tender, loving, unfortunate, reflective, imperative, sagacious, relentless.” I could never say that of me, but I liked how she sees me. I am in a very good moment, in a balance between the work and very nice personal. Very happy who I am today.
News: How much did it cost?
Cella: A lot. I worked and worked hard to be fine. I had a very big break when my dad died, I was 16 years old, and from there a lot of things happened that forced me to change. I lived a process, with many mistakes too, of every day I am better and today I am very good.
News: What was your greatest learning in this process?
Cella: Who do I give my time and what do I do with my time. I value my time a lot and the things I do with the people I want. The best birthday gift is a food to share. But in those fears I became quite strong. I play it, I am quite played in life in general. I prefer to be wrong not to do it for fear. There are also days that I am absolutely sure of what I am doing.

Cella: My brother and I worked in traditional media, more specifically on Telefé, in different projects. We talked about where we saw each other and what we projected for us and we didn’t see each other inside a channel.
News: They wanted to have a producer.
Cella: Of course, we thought of a TV producer. Then we start thinking more as a content producer. In fact, when we left Telefé, our first job was a content for Infobae. Thus we begin to enter the world of streaming more and more. We worked with Grego (Rossello) in Red Flag, a Luzu program, and then Olga was born.

Cella: All the channels that exist today already existed. We knew we had to go out with something very different. At that time was the quality with which the technology and study we put together were seen. That was a very big difference. Then, the rest of the channels changed their cameras and their studies.

Nati Jota made a special for the two -hour two -hour presidential elections every day with the most important journalists in the country. Not to mention the cultural and musical part that we do that nobody does. Olga’s second birthday was in the Planetarium with twelve bands, free for fifty thousand people. We did two “Days” at the Colón Theater, most people had never been there, and it was a solidarity event, free, only with a non -perishable food to donate a foundation. I’m proud to send culture to a lot of people. The music of artists as important as Mercedes Sosa, Spinetta, Charly, Cerati, to a new generation.
News: From the beginning they wanted to have Miguel Granados as a central figure. Because?
Cella: We wanted something different. Migue had and has a key mixture to be the face of our channel. It is popular, it came from making the raw, an extremely prestigious format, it is funny, humorous, sings, touches instruments, likes music, likes the past and understands the present. In addition, he is crazy.

News: What are the challenges now?
Cella: Hold ourselves in the way we have been working and for that to keep the team very motivated. The team is the best Olga has.
News: How are you as boss? Can you delegate or want to control everything?
Cella: I learned to delegate because I was an executive producer from a very young age. At first, I was costing me, I thought it was the only one that could do everything right and my way, and then I learned to delegate. That is the key, and having people around better than one.
News: And what is it like to work with your brother?

Cella: Yes. First we talked about the problems we had between us. Today, it helps us obtain different conversations and different strategies for what we have to face.

Cella: Today the strongest is the live streaming channel, where we produce all of us. But we also produce for others. We are producing Martín Cirio shows and we have produced the streaming of Susana Giménez for Telefé. Next year Olga will have her music festival, she will produce a very important play, we will make a series and a lot of projects that surprise us. We hadn’t dreamed it.
News: Projects abroad?
Cella: The idea is that Olga opens in other countries with local teams, but with the spirit and identity of Olga original. Mexico and Spain would be the next steps. We are also going to do the anthill in Buenos Aires and it will be transmitted in a way that was never done.
