New Approach Animal Hospital must remove distrust: ‘We will make our prices known in advance’

The emotional call “It doesn’t matter what it costs, help my animal!” Many a veterinarian sounds familiar to the ears. After a treatment, however, it follows almost as often “That is very expensive!” Veterinarians in Heerhugowaard want to get rid of distrust of owners and communicate all prices in advance. “If it turns out more expensive, we will compensate for the difference,” says Nathalie Leenheer of the new Florens Dierenziekenhuis.
