English football mourns the loss of Billy Vigar.
FC Arsenal’s former youth player died on Thursday at the age of only 21, as his current club Chichester City from the undermate Istmian League announced.
Vigar suffered a serious brain injury in a game last Saturday and was subsequently transferred to an artificial coma.
The English association showed itself in a statement “shaken” about the death of Vigar: “We speak our deepest condolence in this incredibly difficult time in this incredibly difficult time.”
