September is a great time to make whiskey porridge, after all, lingonberry time is now at its best. The beaten berry porridge, which is also called a panty porridge, is most traditionally made of lingonberries. However, in addition to lingonberries, there are many other variations of porridge: delicious porridge is also created by currants, raspberries, rhubarb or apples. Berries can also be well combined, as in this lingonberry porridge.
The whiskey porridge makes its delicious and soft texture. This is successful when you use light manner for the porridge and the malt is waiting for the porridge to cool for at least an hour before whipping.
In addition, restraint is needed at the time of whipping. Whisk the porridge in peace until its volume begins to increase and the color becomes gentle pink.
The beaten berry porridge tastes as such, for example, served with milk. A person who prefers a cracking porridge will have to wait until the next day, as the structure of the porridge becomes split in the refrigerator storage.

Lingonberry porridge
1 l of water
100 g of lingonberries
100 g of raspberries
1.5 dl of manna
1 dl of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1. Put the water and berries in a saucepan and allow to boil for about 10 minutes. Add the sugar.
2. If you want a velvety soft porridge, strain the berry shells.
3. Bring the juice to a boil again and whisk the mannequin in the juice. Allow the porridge to boil slowly, stirring occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Allow the porridge to cool.
5. Whisk with an electric mixer to calmly fluffy until the porridge is pink.
