The true circle of success, closes in the mind.

In this era where everyone wants to succeed, be successful, luxuries, etc., the focus is found external, in what is seen, in what others capture. This was partly just an illusion. It happens that many times people leave aside the most important, what I call “the source.” The source is our mental and emotional state. That is, our inner being.

I often convert into consultation with people who seem to have achieved it “everything”: job success, professional, house, marriage, children and the dog. Even so, the feeling of vacuum exists. Because? How much more exists to achieve or buy? What price does happiness have? It seems that after dopamine does its own in the brain, that state of pleasure and short -term well -being, comes the famous, and now what? And the hamster wheel is reactivated again.

In the first place, I want to tell the reader that there is nothing more fabulous than feeling full, feeling that we have achieved what we have proposed and for what we have surely worked. However, sometimes that is not enough. It turns out that in the “path to the top” we are desensitizing (if the term is allowed) the processes, the links, the learning. We fall into the circle of successism, we fall into the famous is never enough and I always want more.

We leave aside the shared moments, be present, but present with all the senses, we run behind watches, agendas, all alien. We lose ourselves in statistics, and in an endless number of etc.

If we go on a trip we are pending cell phone, if we enjoy a place immediately we must post it, the algorithm does not expect. And this is how little by little, we are numbers and statistics. And it is not that this is evil, but, personally, I must confess that they are the stories that impact me the most. Seeing and listening daily to people who are financially resolved, whose networks are a travel portfolio and presumable “successes”, are the profile of many of those who confess, “I feel empty”, “I feel alone.”

It will be that we have forgotten to taste a coffee, to feel a hug, to listen to someone without reading others. Multitasking, algorithms, everything rambles us in a world of fantasies where virtuality prevails more than reality.

To my surprise in this last decade I have met many successful people virtually, but extremely incomplete and disoriented in real life. Those brave ones, who are not few, come to consultation looking for some kind of help, a meaning, a purpose and that is where the best begins.

All material successes, worthy of being showable. I want to reassure the reader with this. But it happens that in each process who changes is the person. External messages are no longer urgent, there is no hurry to listen to an audio by two, coffee is already better savored and more an event is enjoyed that, although it was not massive nor would there be dozens of photos, it was genuine and real. Those people who arrive at my consultation begin to resignify their lives, their achievements, are still successful, and even more. Because? Because they began the wonderful trip to the interior to the genuine, what we are born with and that is undoubtedly the pleasure for the simple, the indispensable, which is usually little and above all, helps us to cement on the links in the most genuine way. We do not need to have thousands of followers, or dozens of friends, we need only those who nourish our life, those who inspire us, love us and help us to be our best version.

I invite the reader to recognize that it is possible to live at our rhythm, respecting only our watches and our internal agenda. Live a life that belongs to us genuinely and completely.
