The future of Dutch time trial looks bright. On Tuesday, both junior women and juniors men crowned a countryman as a world champion. Among the women, Megan Arens (18) was the best on the course around the Rwandan capital Kigali. Michiel Mouris (18) won unique for the Netherlands among the men.
