The Guardian According to the news site, more than 400 Hollywood stars have signed an open letter to condemn Disney’s decision to suspend Kimmel’s program so far President Donald Trump under the pressure of the administration.

The letter urges all Americans to defend their right to freedom of expression.
– Last week, Jimmy Kimmel was removed from broadcasts when the government threatened a private company by retaliation. This meant a gloomy freedom of expression in our country, says the letter.
– In an attempt to silence his critic, our government has resorted to threaten the livelihood of journalists, discussion program presenters, artists, creative professionals and entertainers. This is at odds with the values on which our country has been built and which is added to our constitution in the letter.
The letter has been signed, among other things Jennifer Aniston, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, Robert de Niro, Selena Gomez, Natalie Portman and Ben Stiller.
