Den Bosch fought back to 33-33 in the second quarter, but the coastal team continued to dominate in the attacking rebounds and was particularly accurate from the three-point line. In the third quarter, the defense of Ostend showed its strongest side. Den Bosch barely reached ten points. With 80-59 the victory seemed certain. Despite a brief revival of the Dutch up to 85-72, Ostend made the hundred points with a real bomber festival. Final position: 102-81.
