In mid -September 2025, Kerstin Pape as Vice President Customer & Sales took over the management for the Europe -wide sales of the Hamburg fashion retailer Bonprix. She follows Cyril Ninnemann, who has left the company and reports directly to Dr. Torben Hansen, CEO from Bonprix.
Kerstin Pape has over 25 years of experience in marketing, direct sales and customer experience as well as many years of leadership skills – also in an international context. Most recently, she held leading positions at Tennis-Point and Lidl Digital and was employed in the Otto Group for a total of 14 years, most recently as head of online marketing.
With her team, Pape is responsible for the strategic orientation and commercial performance in all Bonprix markets. The fashion brand with a focus on a majority of female target group is represented with their own online shops in 16 European countries and additional B2B business. The position is also closely linked to “consistent customer centering”, the press release says.
