The proceeds mainly go to the production of fruit juice and apple sauce. Boskoop apples, known for the apple sauce, will be fully harvested this year. “Fruit juice is a good market for us,” explains Vastynge. “We deliver to Horeca, B & Bs and summer and winter bars, so that our second choices is not lost.”
