Christoph Dassler steps into his family’s footsteps. The grandson of Puma founder Rudolf Dassler founded the DSSLR by Christoph Dassler brand, as the sports and lifestyle label, which is based in Herzogenaurach, announced on Tuesday. The first collection has been available in stores since August.

It was made from up to 95 percent recycled materials and from Bio-cotton from Portugal, it continues. The aim is to create a collection that does not affect the environment or the following generations. Accordingly, both the suppliers: inside and production are environmentally degraded.

“We are convinced that high demands and low environmental pollution can go hand in hand. Behind every product there is a partnership with an industry-leading design and production team,” explains Christopher, CEO and founder of DSSLR. “So we ensure that our sustainability standards are observed and at the same time high quality is guaranteed.”

DSSLR also attached particular importance to properties such as UV protection, welding and odor neutrality. In addition to the sports collection, the company also launches an off-court line that should convince with a smart and individual design. DSSLR was based on the principles of international fashion brands and relied on high-quality materials, diverse material structures, clear aesthetics and well thought-out details.
