After more than half a century: first lawsuit on Bloody Sunday started in Belfast

In Belfast, the first lawsuit started on Monday about Bloody Sunday, one of the most bloody events in the more than three decades of conflict between the Catholic Republicans and Protestant Unionists in Northern Ireland. Before the start of the hearing, dozens of people gathered in court to express their support to the relatives of the victims and to demand justice. A little further on, a handful of veterans from the British army also drew present.
