Injured in the debut early

Bitter news for the 1st FC Heidenheim: Newcomer Learst Paçarada (30) contracted a cruciate ligament rupture in his debut in the Bundesliga game against Borussia Dortmund (0: 2). The left -back got stuck in the lawn without external influence and had twisted his knee. After only seven minutes, his first assignment for the FCH was over again. Paçarada is to be operated on in the coming days and will be missing for months.
“The violation of Paca meets us all hard – primarily he personally. We wish him a successful recovery and will support him in the best possible way. For us, we now have to look ahead. In the next few months, we have to be even closer together, take responsibility and compensate for the failure of Learst Paçarada together,” said coach Frank Schmidt.
