FC Augsburg has one of the biggest squads in the league and therefore wants to give players in Germany after the Deadline Day. The first of two possible departures to Turkey is fixed: Steve Mounié joins Alanyaspor for a year on loan base. Yusuf Kabadayi should also switch to the Gaziatep FK.

For Mounié, the Bundesliga club is said to receive a rental fee of 100,000 euros. A purchase option should not be part of the deal. The center forward, which had come from Stade Brest free of charge in the summer of 2024, scored two goals in 18 missions for the FCA. In the first DFB Cup round at Halleschen FC (2-0), he had stood and met in the starting eleven, but then received no chance in the Bundesliga. Since the 30-year-old has good chances with Benin to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, the focus was on the season in the coming season.

At Kabadayi, too, it runs on a loan into the Süper Lig. With Gazantep, the association of coach Burak Yılmaz, everything should already be clarified. The change would have to take place on Friday, since September 12th means the end of the change period for the clubs in Turkey. Kabadayi still has a contract in Augsburg until 2028, Mounié by 2027.
