Ann Baes, health care scientist at Family Help, visits Yvonne De Cloedt and Roger Becue in an assisted house in Veurne. “Usually we are the last they see and hear, so that they are reassured to bed. If something falterers, they can report it to us. They are very grateful, and you get a lot in return,” says Ann.
