The Peek & Cloppenburg Group, which includes the segment Peek & Cloppenburg, Düsseldorf, Peek & Cloppenburg, Vienna and Anson’s, will in future rely on new structures in the marketing sector.

As part of the reform, Margaux Piacentile takes over the position of the marketing director and will report directly to Stefano Della Valle, the CEO of the group of companies. The retailer confirmed a corresponding report by the Textilwirtschaft specialist magazine (TW) at the request of Fashionunited.

The new marketing organization, which will apply from September 15, is “structured analogously to the Customer Journey” and includes “the areas of Intelligence & Analytics, Customer Growth & CRM, Marketing Operations, Media & Performance and Brand Marketing,” said the group in a statement. The aim of the reform is to “get in touch with customers more effectively, to deepen relationships and to accelerate growth throughout Europe”.

The group of companies is getting new managers

Margaux Piacentle will be at the top of the marketing structure. According to the Peek & Cloppenburg Group, she worked in various management positions at the Austrian jewelry provider Swarovski. Most recently, she built “Demand-oriented brand portfolios and multi-channel marketing” at the consumer goods company Vivere, which are based on “real-time consumer signals and faster iteration”, according to a message.

In future, Helen Gavrilova as Director Customer Growth & CRM should also belong to the management team of the newly designed marketing area. She has “sound knowledge of customer experience at Sunrise and EF Education First,” said the company. Tewe Maas is therefore responsible for brand marketing as part of the new structures.
