The Swedish government will reduce criminal responsibility, now that criminal gangs are increasingly recruiting children for serious crimes. Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson announced the measure on Tuesday and spoke of a “ruthless exploitation” of young people. The decision follows an alarming increase in the number of minor suspects of murder.
