What to do with young Syrian rioters? ‘Or we raise them … or they should go back to their parents’

A stabbing in Eindhoven, upsiders in Den Bosch, thefts in Nijmegen and Arnhem. Syrian youth have caused nuisance recently. A large part of them is a minor, here without their parents and not yet in possession of a residence permit. Do they have the future in the Netherlands at all?
