The fact that the transfer window in Turkey is still open until September 12th could be for Manchester United and André Onana. The 29 -year -old goalkeeper is external to the Red Devils and according to the agreed media reports, the English agreed to loan with trabzonspor. Now it depends on the goalkeeper from Cameroon whether the change comes about.
Update 07.09., 7:39 p.m.: Onana is likely to be left in the direction of Türkiye. As Fabrizio Romano reports on Sunday evening, the keeper has agreed with trabzonspor about the modalities of a transfer and approved a change. All contracts are signed on the player side. The deal is expected to be carried out in the coming days. Onana is said to switch to the Süper-League club for a year on a rental base, so a purchase option was therefore unable to secure trabzonspor. Apparently no rental fee is due for this.
Onana switched from Inter Milan to Manchester United for 50.2 million euros in 2023 and since then completed 102 games in which he remained without conceding a goal.
