The format, a Sky Original production made by Banijay Italia now in its eighth edition, does not change compared to the past: Four hotels with price ranges and different categories challenge each otherjudged by Barbieri and by the hoteliers themselves, colleagues and opponents at the same time.

Once check-in, for each hotel the starred chef will experience firsthand welcoming, style, cleaning, hotel services and more generally the hospitality of each hotelier. Each hotelier will judge his opponents on the basis of location, room, breakfast services and price being able express a vote from 0 to 10. Barbieri himself will also vote, but his votes will be revealed only at the end of the whole program.

The eighth season of Bruno Barbieri – 4 hotels It will bring the famous chef once again around Italy, with eight episodes in which viewers will be able to travel between the island of Elba and Abruzzo, with two episodes dedicated to L’Aquila and the so -called Wild Abruzzo, from the Riviera di Ulysse in Bari, passing through the Senesi hills and the cities of Parma and Bergamo.
