A sudden chill has arisen between André Hazes Jr. and his cousin Djarno Hofland. The two were inseparable for a long time, also on the socials, but now they don’t even talk to each other anymore. The story goes that André has put things in order and wanted to get rid of the royal reward that Djarno received, while there was little in return.

“What’s wrong?”

André would have closed that money crane of around 8,000 euros a month. “What exactly is wrong?”, A RTL Boulevard reporter asks him in the broadcast from yesterday.

The singer then becomes uncomfortable. “No, no, you know, some things are just really private. Djarno just indicated a year and a half ago or a year ago that he wants to take a different path. I didn’t firmly fired him or something. He just wanted to do something else.”

Superpery

It is what it is, says André. “He has worked for me for eleven years. He is now 32, has three children and they want something for himself. I think that is superper and very brave and I think very smartly.”

The reporter: “Is that door not closed private?”

André: “Private is private.”

‘Privé is private’

Vivienne van den Assem, presenter of RTL Boulevard, thinks that is a bit hypocritical. “Oh, private is private?”

Luuk Ikink: “Being a artist is a bit more open than with Bob Dylan or something.”

Finally, Aran Bade: “Yes, we expect that from André.”
