During the international break, Thomas Müller returned to visit his homeland. He used the time.
A few weeks after moving to the Vancouver Whitecaps, Thomas Müller reappeared in Munich. The long -time professional of FC Bayern used the international break for a visit to his homeland. To keep fit, Müller first completed a training session on Säbener Strasse. In Bayern clothing he was seen in pictures next to Aleksandar Pavlović.
But that’s not all: then the 35-year-old moved on to Rosenheim. Photos of the Auerbräu Festhalle on Instagram show the 2014 world champion while celebrating in the beer tent. According to “rosenheim24.de”, Müller was in a good mood, remained protected from security forces and staff from intrusive fans.
The organizer himself wrote: “It was a fantastic late summer day on the first Wednesday at the Rosenheim autumn festival. In the middle of it was just there: Bavaria legend Thomas Müller.” The professional was accompanied by Bastian Schweinsteiger and his brother Tobias and winter sports icon Felix Neuruther.
Müller made his way back to Canada on Thursday. The veteran posted a picture from the plane and commented: “Well prepared for the Whitecaps.” The North American professional league MLS is currently in the break in view of the international matches. The next competitive game of the Vancouver Whitecaps is on September 14th.
The entry at the Canadian club went smoothly for Müller. In his newsletter, he described the surprisingly positive reaction of the fans: “People come up to me while strolling through the city or coffeehols and thanked me,” he said: “Not for an autograph, but for the fact that I decided on the whitecaps.”
