The cabinet fell just over a week ago for the second time. NSC stepped up because the party could not agree with VVD and BBB about the Israel-Gaza race. The two remaining parties have since been looking for suitable people to fill the released NSC cabinet spots.

On Monday at the beginning of the evening, De Telegraaf already reported that Sandra Palmen (NSC) is willing to make a restart as State Secretary Recovery and Surcharges. Now BBB has announced that he has the complete list of new BBBeWouwmen.

The party of Caroline van der Plas may replace two of the five resigned NSC ministers. For this, the party has found Frank Rijkaart willing, not to be confused with the successful midfielder of the Dutch national team of yesteryear. No, this Frank Rijkaart is a BBB deputy from the province of South Holland (Agriculture and Fisheries) who is now taking care of the Ministry of the Interior. He succeeds the stepped Judith Uitermark (NSC). Rijkaart was previously a professional soldier and worked as a financial detective at the police.

The new BBB Minister of Education is also a deputy. It concerns Gouke Moes, who in Groningen involved, among other things, energy, digital transformation and defense. Moes started his career as a blacksmith and bank worker and later switched to education, where he taught in technology, physics and chemistry and English.

The new State Secretary of Tax that BBB has in mind is Eugène Heijnen, who is now in the Senate on behalf of BBB. At the Ministry of Finance, his name may still lead to some confusion: after all, the minister also has more or less the same last name: Eelco Heinen of the VVD has that post.
