The deal was considered fix – and then failed. Now there is obviously the next turn in the transfer poker around Bavaria’s wish player Nicolas Jackson.

The transfer saga around Nicolas Jackson is obviously not yet over. The loan to FC Bayern was already considered perfect, the striker was already a medical check in Munich when FC Chelsea suddenly spoke out a veto after the injury of Liam Delap. The transfer seemed burst – also because it was said that the Londoners would no longer lend Jackson, but only want to sell.

But now there is movement again. As the Pay TV broadcaster Sky reports, there should be negotiations about the future of the Senegalese again. Bavaria and Chelsea would have resumed the talks only hours after the termination of the loan contract. Jackson wants to move to Munich, it is said.

The attacker would be the urgently needed alternative to top star Harry Kane in the storm center. Overall, the Bavarians on the offensive after the departures of Leroy Sané (Galatasaray), Thomas Müller (Vancouver), Kingsley Coman (Al-Nassr) and Mathys Tel (Tottenham) are filled. Only Luis Díaz (FC Liverpool) was added in the attack.

Jackson has been playing for Chelsea since 2023 and came to England from the Spanish first division club Villarreal for 37 million euros. In two years he scored 24 goals in the Premier League for the “Blues”. Last summer he became club world champion with the team. Jackson had previously won the Conference League with Chelsea.
