Hendrik has won the Frikandellen competition in Hollandscheveld for the second time in a row. And he improves the championship record. Last year 18 in 20 minutes, now 21 in the same time. “I can just eat well. As a child, I already like food,” he says. “A lot of food.”
And that’s it. Because he walks not much later to the oliebollenkraam. “May I have a Berliner ball with whipped cream and an oliebol?” He orders. “I was a bit shot with the whipped cream,” says the seller. “Oh that doesn’t matter,” Hendrik replies back. And bite. The Berliner Bol goes there.
