The colleague claimed that Lucasz Zawadzki of the characteristic high ‘hee’ sounds of the pop star will be subdivided. Zawadzki was also accused by the relevant colleague, who is black, of making monkey sounds and racist behavior in the co-operative warehouse where they worked, it was said on Thursday in the court in Manchester.
Zawadzki admitted that he had made “embarrassing and childish” sounds in the workplace, but said they were not intended racist. The Co-Operative Group was sentenced to pay more than 10,000 pounds (8,650 euros) compensation to Zawadzki, after subdistrict court judge Carol Porter had ruled that he had been wrongly dismissed.
