Orbán opens a legal fight against EU to protect veto over Russian credits to Ukraine

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s Hungarian Government has filed a lawsuit against the European Union to prevent frozen Russian credits from being used for help to Ukraine. Hungary accuses the EU of ignoring its veto rights, so that the principle of equality between Member States would have been violated.
