A sauna was destroyed by fire on Tuesday evening. The sauna stood under a roof behind a house on the Bishop Rythoviusweg in Eersel. It is also in the ashes. The fire brigade could prevent the fire from spreading to the house next to it.
Bystanders smoke a burning smell and thought it was due to a barbecue. When black smoke was shown, they called the fire brigade.
It is not known that caused the fire and whether there are injuries.
