Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp and State Secretary Foreign Trade Hanneke Boerma resign their duties as minister and state secretary.
After consultation in the Council of Ministers about the situation in Gaza, NSC has decided to leave the cabinet. The NSC ministers, including Minister Veldkamp and State Secretary Boerma, have submitted their resignation to the king.
Now that Veldkamp and Boerma have left, Minister Brekelmans of Defense will temporarily act as acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
