The man who was arrested by the police on Thursday for a sexual offense on the Weesperzijde in Amsterdam is also suspected of involvement in the death of 17-year-old Lisa from Abcoude. The police have that on Friday afternoon brought out. According to the police, there are “no indications of sexual violence.”
The 22-year-old suspect of both incidents is a man without a permanent place of residence and residence. He was arrested on Thursday evening in an asylum reception location in Amsterdam.
In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, the girl cycled from the center of Amsterdam to her house in Abcoude. On the Holterbergweg near Duivendrecht she was attacked by a man. The police found her lifeless body around 4.15 am, after Lisa herself had sounded an alarm through emergency number 112.
