Dow Jones-Air Liquide buys the South Korean company Dig Airgas for 2.85 billion euros. A corresponding binding agreement was signed with the Macquarie Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Fund 2, said the French industrial assistant. The purchase price, including debts and cash.
