The official was arrested on May 12. He would have secretly looked up addresses and license plates in the municipal systems, at the request of people who ‘had extremely bad intentions, “the OM said.
He fell through the basket during another investigation. This showed that an official had requested information about a family, with whom explosions then took place at home.
According to the judiciary, the official has requested ‘dozens’ times privacy -sensitive information in the municipal systems, followed by serious violent incidents. He would have passed on that information for a fee to at least two so -called ‘information brokers’, who are now also detained.
“Caught in a web”
The civil servant has stated that he experienced ‘a certain degree of pressure’, but which would have consisted of that pressure is unclear. He knew that the privacy -sensitive information was used by others for explosions. But he said he felt trapped in a web from which he could no longer escape.
“That there would be a threat to himself or his family is not evident from communication with the co -suspects,” said Justice. “On the contrary, the language is loosely and they carelessly communicated about the people to be questioned, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.”
“Great danger”
The OM calls it ‘shocking’ that an official has passed on privacy -sensitive information to criminals who have committed attacks. “With his actions he brought people in great danger.”
The next pro forma session is on October 17.
